What is your returns process?
Contact our Customer Service team to request for the order cancellation and refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchased goods. Our team will proceed to verify your credit card / payment / bank account details and proof of purchase for refund arrangement.
For damaged, defects or expired item(s) refund request after collection, a picture of the goods is required to be submitted.
What if I change my mind on my purchase?
Heinemann will offer you a refund or exchange for most purchases (some exclusions apply), provided that:
Item(s) returned before / on the Collection Date, together with proof of purchase.
Item(s) is in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.
If, when attending the Collection Point on the Collection Date, you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchased goods, you may either refuse to accept the goods or immediately return them to us. In either case, our Customer Care team will proceed to verify your credit card / payment / bank account details for refund purposes with the relevant amount or provide replacement goods, at your choice.
